At the bank of this sometimes wild mountain stream a pilgrimage church was erected around the year 1700 close to three fountains described as having holy qualities. There is a huge contrast between the friendly place around the church and the wild nature around where a stream bed filled up with coarse gravel and cobble demonstrates the power of water.
