Lötschental is a well-known German-speaking valley parallel to the main valley of the Valais. Well-known for hiking in summer and skiing in winter time. The most impressive mountain is the Bietschhorn (3,934 m).

Here I am at the Kühmatt with the chapel built in 1555.
