The lagoon of Veleka river is located at the back of the North beach in Sinemorets. This area is declared a wildlife reserve. "Veleka" beach is a real piece of nature because of the way the river flows into the sea and forms a wide sandy beach. Visitors of the latter hang out in the sea. When the sea waves are huge people swim in the river on the other side of the beach. The evening is nice and the sunsets are astonishing. There are hotels in the area that face the beach and provide rooms with nice views.
