The last but one station of the Bel-ko Trail. In contrast to the surrounding limestone Bukk Mountains the Szasz-berc is of volcanic origin. Its reddish brown rock (with dark grey inside) was formed under the sea of Jurassic Age, result of lava floods in the sea bed.
