Cedar Breaks National Monument
Utah

A giant amphitheater 2,000 feet deep and 3 miles across, 10,662 feet at the highest point in the monument, there is no shortage of breathtaking views of red rock and hoodos. Located less than one hour from Cedar City, a visit here can be very rewarding. An evening star gazing can be magical. Open seasonally with winter ski in and a warming yurt. Access from the neighboring ski resort, Brian Head, is also close. Check ahead for winter conditions.
