This is the Hittite copy (Ivriz 2) of  the Hittite rockrelief of Ivriz from the 8th century BC. It shows the Hittite king Warpalawas of the city of Tuwanuwa, praying to god Tarhu. It is still unknown, why the Hittites carved a copy into a rock somewhere in the mountains.
