Ballachulish bridge (a.k.a. King Kong's coathanger) can be seen where Loch Leven and Loch Linnhe join . The bridge links the villages of North and South Ballachulish on the A82 a few miles south of Fort William .

The bridge opened in December 1975 to replace the ferry which was the only way to cross this point until that time .
