St Swichun´s Church and graveyard East Grinstead, Surrey, England
England

Approaching the church to the right side are 3 stones, under which lie the remains of 3 protestants who were burned at the stake in 1556 during the reign of Queen Mary Tudor.

The insription of the graves reads "Beneath these stones are interred (as is beleieved) the ashes of Thomas Dunngate, Anne Tree and John Forman, who were burned to death in High street, East Grinstead in 1556, for adherance to the reformed faith: Fideles Usque Ad Mortem  Faithfull even unto death
