In 1948 Cihang moved to Taiwan, Founder of Buddhist institutes, organiser of Buddhist Seminars and Dharma teacher, promoter and reformer of Buddhist educational programmes for monastic and lay disciples (especially lay women and nuns), Cihang eventually became one of the eminent monks on the island.
