The panels of varying dimensions and themes are allusive to the function of the room and the wealth of economic activities in the city and region.

The restoration of the 4 monumental windows that existed there took place between 2007 and 2014, with the side colored glasses of French origin and the central ones from Lisbon.

The engraving of the central glasses was carried out by an engraver from Gondomar and the restoration work by an architect from Porto de Mós.
