Bay of Kotor view from the top of the Pestingrad rock, 1009 m above sea level. This is the rock which dominates the Kotor Old Town photos as a backdrop. Down there the triangle shaped town is Kotor Old Town, serpentine footway and a winding road emerging above it. Over the Vrmac mountain is Tivat and its airport in the Bay of Tivat, beyond this all is the Adriatic Sea. Behind the Pestingrad is Đerinski peak (1098 m). To the east of the bay is Lovćen mountain with Jezerski (1657 m) and Štirovnik (1749 m) peaks.
