Barton Mills St Mary's Church

The nave of St Mary's Church, Barton Mills, Suffolk, United Kingdom.  Decorated for Christmas! The present church dates from the 14th century.

 

The village of Barton Mills is located on the south bank of the River Lark near the Suffolk/Norfolk border. Originally known as Barton Parva or Little Barton, Barton Mills appears in the Domesday Book (1086) as having a population of 24. Today we have a population of around 900.
