The Odeons Place is named after the former concert hall “Odeon”. The place is terminated by the Feldherrenhalle, that is designed after the Loggia dei Lanzi in Florence, Italy. Munich used to be the capital of the Kingdom of Bavaria. Nowadays it is the capital of the “Freistaat Bayern”, part of Germany.
