The former Hotell Älvkarlen has been rebuilt to Dragon Gate, a meeting place for chinese culture. Owner is the chinese businessman Jingchun Li. Although built in 2008, the hotel has not yet been able to open due to problems with heating and fire security. The Dragon Boat restaurant is open. There is also a museum with an exhibition about the chinese terracotta army and the first chinese emperor.
