Along the north side of the promenade there is a central spa park. The park is nicely decorated, with many benches and hundred year old trees which provide pleasant shade, and decorated with flowers, greenery and fountains. In the western part of the park is a playground "Sokolic" which is equipped with various devices for entertainment and amusement of children. Through the park and flows into a stream that spills hot mineral water from the Turkish baths.
