九位藝術家的原創作品再加上「SMILE—2001希望之牆」，讓大家行走光廊中，充分感受藝術與生活的完美融合。由市長與2001位市民提供的燦爛笑臉為素材，製作成的「SMILE—2001希望之牆」則是表達出希望市民每天可以微笑來迎接新一天的來臨。
