Ivanjica area is known for its mineral springs. The most famous is the spring in Prilike. The mineral spring at Marina Reka ('Mara's River', a small spring running throung the Kusican part of the town) differs from the one in Prilike because it is located within the town itself. However, the water is of high quality and it possesses some curative properties.
