Niseko Green Farm is a new farm set at the base of Mt. Yotei. They are setting up a system to produce food year round, continuing to grow indoors during winter with organic hydroponics, as well as making oils and dried food.

Niseko Green Farm believes in the importance of bio-diversity, and use open-pollinated varieties where possible. Niseko Green Farm is hoping to introduce people to the wide range of vegetable varieties available, and the ability to save and grow your own seeds.

Niseko Green Farm is working towards being 100% organic within 3 years, and are combining the use of natural energy with crystal clear spring water to create great tasting and healthy produce.
