At the base of Oberer Grindelwaldgletscher - Gletschersand. At Dec 2011 a massive avalanche Wachsellouwina has passed here, knocking over hundreds of trees. This originates on the north eastern slopes of Mettemberg, where the pressure wave is redirected by the opposite slope by 90° left to Gletschersand. Made with my Nokia 700.
