首义广场：
为迎接辛亥革命100周年，武汉市府对原首义广场周边道路进行了综合改造，并在广场以南区域新建了辛亥革命博物馆和14.6万平方米绿化广场。将扩建后的广场，统一命名为首义广场。面积由2001年的7.35万平方米扩大到21.95万平方米。新的首义广场，东临武昌路、楚善街，南至张之洞路，西接体育街，北至黄鹤楼东路。彭刘杨路从广场中部穿过，地下人行通道将南北两个区域连成一体。
这里是首义广场南侧区域的首义群塑。彭刘杨路以北为原首义广场。
