The ruins of Castle Moil, Kyleakin, Skye
Scotland

The ruins of Castle Moil stand on a headland at the south-eastern tip of Kyleakin on Skye, overlooking the Kyle of Lochalsh. Not much remains of the late 15th century tower house, which was built by the Clan MacKinnon to control the narrow strait between Skye and the Scottish mainland.
