On one side of the summit area of this mountain a step forms a natural seat to enjoy the view towards Wendelstein. The village of Bayrischzell down in the valley is just one hour by train from Munich, down there you might even spot a train waiting at the train station. It's a peaceful place compared to the often overcrowded tourist terraces of the Wendelstein mountain right across the Leitzach valley.
