Fairy Spring at Red Canyon at Mui Ne

You’re right at the best photo spot within the lengths of the Fairy Spring. It’s a small brick-colored spring with relatively cool water which flows right at the bottom of Red Canyon. Here you can encounter the sand of three colors – dark-orange, yellow and ivory-white – that being piled together creates bizarre sandy dunes and almost stalagmite-like structures. If you be attentive enough to the plants here, you may get a chance to see mimosa pudica (sensitive plant which leaves shall instantly fold themselves upon the contact with any object) nearby.
