On the way to Laguna de Aguas Negras, feeded by the tiny Elqui River who drinks from the Andes Snow, we find this. It is very low at the moment of the picture as it has been taken at the end of the Chilean Summer. It is astonishing that the small Elqui River can fill this lake.
