Cobertizo y rebaño de cabras en la finca "Los Terminos" de Monroy, productoras de la peculiar y nutritiva leche de cabra con la que se obtienen los exquisitos quesos de cabra. De estas tierras salia en sus comienzos el queso "Torta del Casar", aunque esta ultima variedad de queso esta fabricada con leche de oveja. Fotografia tomada en periodo estival, en verano.
