Climbed deer fence and entered woodland at NG703563. Rough going underfoot as the protected woodland is not grazed. The woods are mainly decidous and quite sparce. Left the woodland climbing another deer fence at NG715540. Open beeline route past some cattle on easy ground to summit from there.
