The Summit Meadow Pioneer Cemetery is located near Barlow Pass, Oregon. It passes alongside the old former Barlow Road during the Oregon Trail days. This small cemetery contains three graves which include the following:

Perry A. Vickers

1845 - 19 August 1883

Baby Morgan Barclay

Infant son of W.L. Barclay - A mother's love

18 July 1882 - 14 September 1882

Infant Pioneer Unknown

Unknown - 1847

Perry Vickers, whom the dirt road to the cemetery is named after, settled here at Summit Meadow. He came to Oregon in 1865 & was arrested for horse thievery but made an escape. He climbed Mt. Hood in 1873 & was shot & killed in 1883 after pursuing a horse thief named Steele.
