The impressive Photo Globe at Photokina 2012 was put in display in the passage between exhibition halls 4 and 5. The globe and the "ocean of images" (floor) was a collage of photographs submitted through www.photoglobus.de. The group project has been made possible by the committed participation of the Photographic Industry Association and its members Acme Made, Canon, CeWe Color, Fujifilm, Hama, Joby, Lowepro, Nik Software, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Samsung, Sigma, Sihl, Tamron and Prophoto GmbH, as well as photokina.
