Great interest is the corner of Catherine Avenue (now the street of Karl Marx), and Pushkin. It became a point in the late 19 th century, when there was built one of the most beautiful buildings the city center - the so-called «house Semerdzhieva». The second and third floors were the living and the first floor occupied shop.
