Hasta la victoria siempre. These words can be found all over Cuba. Clearly with the general hope that if they are looked at often enough, people will believe it. But it obviously has the opposite effect in many cases. It becomes a kind of cruel joke in fact. Most cubans simply ignore it and don't read it at all anymore.
