Renaissance belfry - Kezmarok

.Near the church is a Renaissance bell tower. 1591, considered the most beautiful Spiš campanillas. It has a square floor plan. It is decorated with Renaissance gable attic with coats of arms of the Habsburg imperial family, Hungary and the city Kežmarku. The body is the Belfry sgraffito. Latin inscriptions speak about the date of construction Ignea CONTIGER Librae salt LVCIDVs astra hoc Avtor qVanDo ContInVaVIt OPVs (Bright sun touched the bright constellation Libra, when the creator continue this work.) ANNO MDXCI. XVIII. SEPTEM (18 September 1591).
