Panorama was created on the road to Skaklya (Skaklia, Скакля - Bulgarian) waterfall. It is situated in Vraca's Balkan - North-Western Bulgaria. With it's height of 141 m it is the highest waterfall at the Balkan peninsula, but it is not full year active one. From the top of it there is a very nice view towards town of Vraca and Danubian plain.
