The National Palace of Queluz is an 18th century palace located in the city of Queluz in the municipality of Sintra, Lisbon district. One of the last large rococo-style buildings erected in Europe, the palace was built as a summer nook for D. Pedro de Bragança, who later became the husband and king consort of his niece, Queen D.
