Der Corcovado (deutsch: der Bucklige) ist ein Berg in Rio de Janeiro, auf dem das Wahrzeichen der Stadt, die mit Sockel 38 Meter hohe Christus-Statue Cristo Redentor, steht. Unterhalb liegt der Tijuca-Nationalpark. Der Corcovado ist 710 m hoch und bietet einen spektakulären Blick über Rio de Janeiro und die Guanabara-Bucht. (Quelle: Wikipedia)
