It is located about 40 km to the north of Tarsus District, Mersin. Visitors can reach the fortress through the stabilized road turning right just before entering the modern settlement while going to Çavuşlu Neighborhood on the asphalt road from Yanıkkışla Neighborhood. It is composed of external fortification walls and an internal fortress. The walls of the fortress stand on the bedrock. As there is no entrance to the fortress, it is assumed that a portable wooden ladder was used to access the fortress. On the outskirts of the fortress, which is dated to the Middle Age, we can see the workshops, a cistern and a circular structure the function of which is not known.
