Positioned next to the Cultural Center, the Water Tower Park was originally a water pump station built in 2003.The water tower here was designed for the purposes of tap-water pumping and storage, but was never used due to design failures.The water tower has been maintained in the place as the theme when the park has been developed, creating a stand-out artistic park image.The park is an excellent choice for residents to enjoy a historical sightseeing in a leisure space.
