Buildt in 1919, this building was the place of administration of formerly steel plant "Gussstahlwerk" in Gelsenkirchen. Since the steel plant was closed in the 1980s, it became the home of the regional labour court.

Das 1919 erbaute Gebäude diente als Sitz der Verwaltung des "Gussstahlwerks" in Gelsenkirchen. Nachdem der Betrieb Mitte der 1980er endgültig stillgelegt wurde, ist das Haus seit 20 Jahren Sitz des regionalen Arbeitsgerichts.
