Although they are difficult to see in the shadows, the opening scene of this panorama is focused on ancestral ruins high on the cliff face, i.e. the Face of the Rock. If you zoom in tightly, you might be able to see faint blocky structures in the long, horizontal shadow about half-way up the cliff. The blocky shapes are dwellings of ancient Indian occupants.
